Retail orders

Individual pieces are sold through our Etsy shop, and Etsy's shipping and tracking terms apply. Delivery is free worldwide on all listed items. Dispatch is from Mumbai, India.

How pieces are packed

Paintings ship unframed and rolled in rigid tubes with end caps. This is deliberate — it keeps freight cost down, removes the risk of glass breaking in transit, and lets you frame the work to your own taste.

Brass and Veena pieces are individually wrapped, cushioned and boxed. Every shipment is packed piece by piece — nothing is bulk-filled.

Wholesale orders

Trade orders are quoted FCA Mumbai Airport in USD unless agreed otherwise. Delivered pricing is available on request. Lead time is three to five weeks from confirmed order and receipt of advance; selected pieces are held in stock and ship sooner.

Every shipment travels with a commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Additional buyer-specific documentation can be accommodated.

Duties and taxes

On FCA terms, import duties and taxes at the destination are the buyer's responsibility. Rates change; we recommend confirming the current rate for your country before ordering. Where we quote delivered pricing, any change in duty or import tax between quotation and customs clearance is passed through at cost, with documentation.
