Returns on individual pieces are handled under Etsy's buyer protection and the return terms shown on each listing. If something arrives damaged, message us through Etsy with photographs and we will resolve it.

What is not a defect

Every piece is made by hand. Minor variation in colour, line weight, finish and dimension is inherent to the craft and is not a fault. Two paintings of the same subject will differ, because they are drawn freehand. No two Dhokra castings are identical, because the mould is destroyed in the pour.

Photographs show a representative piece. For originals, the piece photographed is the piece supplied.

Wholesale

Trade orders are made to order and are not returnable once produced, except where goods arrive damaged or materially differ from the approved sample. Report any transit damage within seven days of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the goods.

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before a first bulk order. Samples are supplied at our cost; you cover freight only, and the sample cost is credited against a subsequent confirmed order.
